Using Technology
Children today are constantly on the computer, watching T.V., and listening to their MP3 players. Whether they are playing games or chatting with their friends they enjoy technology. Incorporating technology in the classroom can be a great motivation for students. It is much more enjoyable for a student to be able to learn syllables or a math problem with software on the computer. If the student is interested they will take more from the activity. Using technology in the classroom will not only be a great way to get students excited about learning but help them to learn how to use technology to their advantage as well. Using an internet activity such as Monster Exchange, not only teaches students how to use descriptive word and actively communicate properly, but have fun while doing it.

I agree with your post on technology in the class room. Students are already using technology on an everyday basis whether for enjoyment or bordom. If we can make the students enjoy themselves while learning all the better!
